Aadi Keshava is an action film produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Srikara Studios, with Panja Vaisshnav Tej in the lead role as Rudra.
The movie revolves around Vishnu coming to the rescue of a Shiva temple in a small village that is threatened by local goons operating around a quarry.
The antagonist is portrayed by Joju George, and the plot revolves around the conflict between Rudra and the villain.

This intriguing concept has been developed by Sithara Entertainments in collaboration with Fortune Four Cinemas, and the movie was previously known as PVT04 before the team revealed the title Aadikeshava.
