Earlier today, actor Vijay Deverakonda unveiled the trailer of the upcoming multilingual musical film, Music School, through digital means.
Papa Rao Biyyala directed and wrote the film, which features Shriya Saran, Sharman Joshi, Gracy Goswami, and Ozu Barua, among others. It includes 12 songs, 9 of which Maestro Ilaiyaraaja composed.
The film’s cast, crew, director, and producer attended the trailer launch event in Mumbai, and the audience responded positively to it.
The teaser depicts the struggles of music and theatre teachers to promote performing arts among young students in the face of academic pressure from society, parents, and instructors.
It also showcases Goa’s stunning scenery and features drama, humor, emotions, and music.
Music School addresses the sensitive issue of academic pressure on young students and includes three recreated songs from The Sound of Music, namely Padhte Jao Baccha, Teri Nigahon Ne, and Hichkaule.
The film boasts a talented crew, including renowned cinematographer Kiran Deohans, and features actors such as Shriya Saran, Sharman Joshi, Prakash Raj, Benjamin Gilani, Suhasini Mulay, and Mona Ambegaonkar, among others.
The movie, which was shot in Hindi and Telugu and dubbed in Tamil, is set to release on May 12, 2023, in Hindi-Tamil by PVR and in Telugu by Dil Raju.
