Seetaram (Mahesh Babu) the son Venkateswarlu (Ranganath) who is a fire officer. In an incident, Devudu sets the market place afire and Venkateswarlu rescues it. Venkateswarlu slaps Devudu as he continues throwing kerosene at the market place. So Devudu holds grudge against Venkateswarlu and sends him to jail in a false case. Seetaram (Mahesh Babu) tries to rescue his father police. But everybody starts asking him for money to do the work. The rest of the story is about what happened to his father? How did Seetaram punished Devudu.
