Lavanya (Swathi Reddy) is a die hard fan of hero Mahesh Babu and was upset with his Marriage news. She decided to marry a person with even his name. Anand (Srinivas Avasarala) lives next door to Lavanya promises to help her in finding perfect "Mahesh". One day Anand meet Mahesh(Nani) in a Pub and makes friendship. Anand introduces Mahesh to Lavanya and soon they fell in love. Suddenly, Lavanya reveals her passion for the name of "Mahesh" and she reveals the reason that she loves him because his name is Mahesh. Anand founds a pic of a girl in Mahesh wallet and fall for her. The photo was addressed to a name Rambabu. Anand asks mahesh about rambabu. Then Mahesh reveals the twist as his name is actually "Rambabu.". The rest of the story is about the reason behind his name change? Who is the girl in the pic? How will Lavanya reacts by knowing his real name.?
