Seeta (Nagarjuna Akkineni) unemployed youth comes to Hyderabad to meet his sister (Jhansi) and brother-in-law (Tanikella Bharani). Seeta wants to sell his ancestral property and he needs his sister's approval. But his brother-in-law banish him. Seeta then meet his old school mate Tirupathi (Brahmaji), who is working in a fruit juice vending shop in Hyderabad. They both plan to open a juice shop but need 1.25 lakh Rupees to rent a shop. They apply a bank loan, but they scheme Tirupathi's uncle out of 1.25 lakh Rupees. One day Seeta happens to rescue a woman called Chandra(Ramya Krishnan) after a car accident, hospitalizing her. Chandra is the daughter of Varma (Murali Mohan). Seeta is mistaken by everyone as Raj Kapoor. Raj Kapoor is Chandra lover who never seen him. Seeta tries to reveal the truth to everyone but later decides to act as Raj Kapoor till he gets loan approval from the Bank Manager. Chandra is bedridden, paralyzed, unable to react but was able to listen all the commotion around her. Lekha (Isha Koppikar), a close friend of Chandra and who is a medical graduate, suspects seeta is not raj kapoor. She along with his family members tries to expose seeta, but no one believes. Meanwhile, seeta says truth to chandra and feels sorry for cheating her family. Recovering chandra like seeta and want to marry him. But seeta and Lekha are already in love. Lekha decides to Sacrifice her love and convince seeta. The rest of the story is what happen next.
