Akanksha (Catherine Tresa), a psychology student finds a diary in her flat in Barcelona, and out of curiosity, she starts reading the book, a romantic drama between Sanju Reddy (Allu Arjun) and Komali(Amala Paul). Incidentally, she met Sanju and gets to know him. The dairy ends abruptly when Sanju saves Komali from these henchmen. Akanksha starts questioning Sanju about Komali. Sanju tells her that Komali is dead, and start telling their story. Akanksha feels pity for Sanju and falls in love with him. But, She already engaged in Paris with her father's henchman Shawar Ali (Shawar Ali). Oneday, Akanksha spots Komali crossing a street, runs to Sanju to tell him about Komali. Sanju gets surrounded by Shawar Ali's men. Sanju, while beating them, tells Akanksha that it was his plan to trap her in his love to avenge the death of his and Komali's parents at the hands of Shawar Ali. The rest of the story is about how he traps Shawar Ali using Akanksha.
