Narasimha (Nandamuri Balakrishna) with his son reaches Tamil Nadu. He visits a temple looking for a job meets temple secretary Dharmakarta (Murali Mohan). He offers a job to Narasimha at his house as a driver. Oneday Dharamkarta's daughter Dhanya (Natasha Doshi) drives home taking drugs and noticed by Narasimha. Kaniyappan(Prabhakar) local don create a Trouble explaining that the car that Dhanya drove last night made an accident and his brother was the victim. Narasimha takes the blame and gets beaten up, that makes Dhanya love him. ACP (Kartar Cheema) son was kidnapped who is a lookalike of Narasimha's son. Thinking his own son was kidnapped, Narasimha reveals his other side, rescuing the baby. Then he finds out that the ACP is the father and Gauri (Nayanthara) who is his ex-lover is the mother of that kid. The rest of the story is about why Narasimha living in tamilnadu? What is his past? What is the relation between Gauri and Narasimha?
