Alex Vreeke(Nick Jonas) get a board game from his father found somewhere in sand. After playing, he went into game and stuck in it. After 21 years, 4 detention students Spencer Gilpin, Anthony "Fridge" Johnson, Bethany Walker and Martha Kaply play the Jumanji and was sucked into the game. In the game, they change as the characters they choose in the game. The rest of the story is about how they get back from Jumanji?
