Babu (Nani) struggle at studies but passes after attempting many supplementary exams. Finally, an invigilator helps him out copying from the book. Babu was slapped by Keerthy (Keerthy) thinking he was the guy who is sending filthy messages to her. But later she apologizes. Bur babu fall in love with her and joins MBA for her. Finally both love eachother. Keerthy father, who is the same lecturer who helped Nani to get pass marks doesn't like Babu. He arranges her marriage with a police Inspector Siddharth(Naveen Chandra). Siddharth, love keerthy four years back. When he proposes, keerthy says to approach her dad. But her father ask to get job. Now, Keerthy father who dont like babu, ask Siddharth to marry keerthy. the rest of the story is how babu convince keerthy father and marry her.
