Sarojini Naidu (Jayasudha) is a business tycoon finds Dharma(Nandamuri Balakrishna) with multiple stab wounds. Her brother-in-law Durga Prasad (Sayaji Shinde) attacks her then Dharma miraculously wakes up from the coma and saves her. Sarojini Naidu adopts him by providing a new identity of her deceased son Arjun Prasad, as he lost his memory. Harika (Sonal Chauhan) the chairman of a rival company falls for Arjun Prasad.
