State Rowdy
Kalicharan (Chiranjeevi) is a rowdy and take control over local rowdies. It becomes headache for two leading political parties and try to get rid of him. Meanwhile, they findout details of his mother and cousin, Radha (Radha). His mother asks him why he changed like this after attending police selections. He reveals his story as Prithvi and want to become police. But he didnt get his job even he did well in interview and other tests. So he decided to take law on his own. But later, he reveals that he is a police informer working for SP Laajmani (Sharada ), who lost his husband and daughter in fighting the villains. The rest of the story is about how he bring justice to them?
