Nani is a young man based in Hyderabad who specialises in preparing fireworks. Sudeep (Sudeep) is a high profile industrialist who gets whatever he wants and he is fond of beautiful women. Nani is in love with his neighbour Bindu, a micro artist who runs, a non-governmental organisation (NGO). Bindu also loves nani but hesitate to express. To promote her NGO, Bindu visits the office of Sudeep. He likes her and to make her friend he donates ₹1.5 million to NGO and gains her trust. Soon Sudeep discovers the feelings of Bindu for Nani and is unable to digest his defeat he kills Nani. Nani is reincarnated as a fly and seeks revenge.
