Dharam Teja(Sai Dharam Tej) is a software engineer and was very loyal to his company and its head Nandha Kishore (Nassar). Unfortunately, a criminal gang kill Nandha Kishore and tries to overtake the company. Then Dharam Teja enters into the scene and fight against the gang with a new identity as Dharma Bhai. How does he solve all the problems? That forms the rest of the story.
