Dhanalakshmi aka Dhana(Sneha Ullal)'s father was a Landlord(Prasad Babu) marries other women(Kavitha)) after his wife died. Dhana was neglected by her step-mother, after her father died. She had only one friend Balaji, but he went away for studies. Unfortunately, Dhana's stepmother want her to marry with her brother to hold the property. Dhana escapes from home in search of Balaji. On the journey, She meet Aravind (Yasho Sagar), who falls in love with her. At first, Dhana avoid Arvind, but they become friends after he saving her from her step-mother. She also informs him about her love over Balaji. The rest of the story is about how Arvind help her in finding Balaji? What happens to Arvind's Love?
