Medical student Ramya (Anushka) falls in love with lecturer Madhu Balakrishnan (Arya). She propose Madhu, but he refuses because of his father health condition. Later, he realises her true love and follow her to propose. Unfortunately, she dies in an unexpected accident in front of Madhu. At the same time he gets a call about his fathers dismissal. Shocked by two deaths, Madhu become vagabond and roam around in Goa. At last, he try to commit suicide where he end up in parallel world. The rest of the story is about how he face the other world?
