Pavani (Parvati Melton) is in a committed relationship with Ritesh (Sharvanand), her classmate and son of a millionaire. Pavani is an independent woman and wants to study higher education in USA. Sayeed (Ravi Varma) who also interested in Pavani, spoils Ritesh by introducing him to smoking, drinking and college politics. Pavani tries to change him, but fails and moves to USA to pursue higher education. Pavani meets Naveen (Raja) and his friends in the college. Naveen and his friends trying for a part-time job meets an Indian restaurant owner, Pachadlla Paramanandam (Brahmanandam). Sayeed also joins the same college and troubles pavani. Sayeed brings Ritesh to the USA on a student visa and provokes Ritesh by lying about Pavani's relationship with Naveen. Ritesh's father tries to convince Pavani with the property getting with Ritesh upon marriage. But Pavani rejects his offer. Then he advises his son not to get involved with a woman like Pavani. The rest of the story is how pavani deals with angry Ritesh. How Naveen helps pavani getting out from trouble.
