Srinivas (Mahesh Babu) joins a college in and he meets Srivalli (Saakshi Sivanand), a beautiful girl with whom he falls in love. Srivalli has a childhood friend, Vamsi (Venkat) in abroad. Finally Mahesh and Srivalli decided to marry and arrange engagement ceremony. Srilatha (Simran) arrives to attend the engagement. Srivalli comes to know that these guys know each other in abroad. The rest of the story is about How Srinivas and Simran relate and what happens to Mahesh Babu's love.
